V. Basic Application Requirements:
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport, friendly towards China, and in good physical and mental health.
2. Applicants must have a high school diploma or above.
3. Applicants must be under 30 years old.

VIII. Required Application Documents:
1. ID photo;
2. Passport information page (valid for at least one year);
3. Diploma/Certificate of your highest qualification;
4. Complete official transcript of the highest education level;
5. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (issued within the past 6 months, /en/DOWNLOAD.htm);
6. Bank statement (issued within the past 6 months, with a balance of no less than RMB 20,000);
7. Non-criminal record certificate (issued within the past 6 months);
8. HSK Level 3 certificate (required for Intermediate Class applicants);
9. Applicants under the age of 18 must submit relevant legal documents of their legal guardians in China (a Letter of Entrustment fully completed and signed by your legal guardian (/en/info/1024/1261.htm), a clear copy of your guardian's Government-issued ID (front and back), or Valid passport (bio page)).
Note:
All application documents must be in Chinese or English.
Documents in other languages must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.
Applications with incomplete documentation will not be processed.
